Burnt Sugar Collective is the culinary collaboration of Emma Bebb and partner chef Dominique Goltinger. Together, they host warm and welcoming supper clubs in and around Frome, championing seasonal ingredients from local suppliers and wines from independent producers, to providing bespoke event catering, private chef services, and marketing support for the hospitality industry. They aim to deliver outstanding dining experiences that celebrate the richness of local produce and bring people together in an inviting, relaxed setting.
