Hello, I’m Caitlin - a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Practitioner practicing on the traditional lands of the Ngunnawal people in Kamberri (Canberra).
I practice within the lineage of Rebirthing, which has deep roots in traditional pranayama practices. Since the 1970’s the method has developed to include aspects of depth psychology, process work and trauma informed practices.
I began practicing breathwork in 2020, following experiences with altered states during Sahaj Yoga meditation practices. Through breathwork, I experienced transformational healing from a decade of chronic pain and mental health challenges. Recognising the powerful potential of breathwork to help people, I’m both passionate and humbled to be sharing in the journeys of others as a practitioner.
