Calibre Clinical Education delivers face-to-face HIDPA workforce education, RN-governed competency verification and clinical governance support for NDIS providers and disability support workers delivering High Intensity Daily Personal Activities.
Our Education Days are face-to-face and simulation-based, covering theory, clinical reasoning and hands-on practical simulation. Delivered by a team of experienced clinical educators with backgrounds in acute care, critical care and the disability sector.
Education and competency verification are separate processes. Workers complete an Education Day, consolidate their skills in practice over 2 to 4 weeks, then return for an individual 45-minute RN-governed verification session. Workers who pass receive a signed Clinical Competency Verification Report, audit-ready evidence aligned to the NDIS HIDPA Skills Descriptors, suitable for personnel files and NDIS audit documentation.
Training tells you a worker attended. Competency verification tells you they can deliver care safely.
