  • Yoga and Pilates Teacher: As a certified yoga and pilates instructor, Caoimhe understands the profound connection between physical movement and mental well-being. She integrates these practices into their approach, helping clients build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
  • Reiki Practitioner: With a background in energy healing,Caoimhe offers the ancient healing practice of Reiki. Through gentle touch and energy channeling, she assists clients in reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and restoring balance to the body's energy centers.
