Carmel Distillery is a small batch artisan producer of whisky, brandy, gin, vodka, and seasonal liqueurs, crafted in the Perth Hills using local produce and a strong neighbourhood spirit.
Our range has picked up medals at both the Melbourne Royal Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and the Perth Royal Distilled Spirits Awards, and we’re proud to be making award winning spirits right here in Carmel.
We also give new life to press fractions from local winemakers that would otherwise go to waste, turning them into the smooth grape spirit that sits at the heart of our vodka and seasonal liqueurs.
