Carmody Glass is the founder of Equine Kinship Experience (EKE), delivering practical, experience-based equine-assisted programs since 2016.

With a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy (ECU) and a background in livestock, horsemanship, and community development, Carmody brings a grounded, real-world approach to working with both horse and client.

Her work focuses on helping practitioners build confidence in sessions, understand what is happening in real time, and develop their own authentic facilitation style.

Why Attend If you’ve completed training in equine assisted learning or therapy, you may have a strong understanding of the theory… but still feel unsure when it comes to facilitating real sessions. This is more common than most people realise. Many practitioners leave training with knowledge, but without the confidence that comes from real, supported experience. This intensive is designed to bridge that gap. ⸻ 🌿 This intensive is for you if: • You’ve completed certification or university training but still feel uncertain in sessions • You find yourself second-guessing what to do in the moment • You’re not always sure how to respond to clients or what the horse is communicating • You want to feel more confident, grounded, and capable in your facilitation • You’re ready to move beyond theory and into real-world practice ⸻ 🐎 What you’ll gain: • A clearer understanding of what is actually happening in sessions • Practical experience working in real-time scenarios • The ability to read both horse and client more effectively • Greater confidence in your decision-making and facilitation • A more natural, authentic approach to your work ⸻ 💬 A different kind of learning experience This is not a classroom-based or theory-heavy training.
