I’m a cacao ceremonialist, also a yoga and meditation teacher. A space holder working with heart medicine: Cacao. Her gentle, healing energy guides us back to remembrance, to who we truly are.
For the past three years, I’ve been accompanying others in deep personal processes through the medicine of cacao, holding space for ceremonies, full moon gatherings, and women’s circles rooted in connection, presence, and ritual.
My path has taken me to Peru and Guatemala, where I deepened my practice and completed a Cacao Facilitator Training rooted in the Mayan Cosmovision. These experiences continue to shape the way I hold space, weaving ancestral wisdom with embodied presence.
I create experiences because I believe in the power they hold to shift, to awaken, and to bring us closer to ourselves and to one another.
