Carolyn is a qualified Yoga, Meditation and Forest Therapy Guide.
Carolyn completed her training with the International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance in 2022. She is trained in Hatha style yoga, Yin and Yoga Nidra (meditation) and has been teaching yoga and meditation at yoga studios and online since 2015. She is a Learning Facilitator at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne working with adults, school age and family groups and focusing on plant science and nature connection. Carolyn is an experienced teacher/trainer and group facilitator and has been working outdoors with groups for over 25 years. She uses a trauma informed approach to all sessions, holds a current first aid certificate, Licensed Tour Operator Certificate (Parks Victoria) and a Working With Children Check.
