Psychologist, Family Constellation and Somatic Practices Facilitator
Catarina, originally from the island of Madeira, is a lifelong learner, creator, dancer, and seeker of truth, love, and freedom. Her path weaves connection, movement, and self-inquiry into a continuous journey of healing and awakening.
She offers Somatic workshops and Family Constellation sessions in Portugal and Australia, providing both group and individual experiences, as well as awareness talks and healing circles such as sisterhood gatherings and cacao ceremonies. Each space she holds invites authentic expression, connection, and the remembrance of our innate wholeness.
As a mother, artist, and guide, Catarina embodies presence, curiosity, and heart. Her intention is to create spaces where others can safely explore, feel seen, express, and return to their essence, remembering that everything we seek already lives within.
