"Empowering youth to explore exciting careers in freight, through awareness, education and connection"
Generation Future is designed to give young professionals a platform to share their experiences and insights, helping us better understand what resonates with new talent and what motivates them to build a career in our sector. Their perspectives will be invaluable in shaping how we promote the industry to schools and early-career professionals, ensuring we present logistics as the exciting, innovative, and essential industry it truly is.
The value is clear: this group is about building a stronger pipeline of talent for the future - at Generation Future, we’re not only supporting the development of tomorrow’s leaders, but also ensuring that the next wave of professionals see our industry as a place where they can thrive, innovate, and make a difference.
