Founded in Sydney, Australia, the Colombian Cultural & Folkloric Organisation (CCFO) is a multicultural artistic organisation dedicated to preserving, celebrating, and expanding Colombian and Latin American culture through dance, music, storytelling, education, and community engagement.
For more than 15 years, CCFO has created large-scale cultural experiences, highly professional folkloric productions, festivals, contemporary creative works, international cultural exchange retreats, educational programs, and community events that connect people from diverse backgrounds through the richness and diversity of Colombian and Latin American traditions.
Our mission is to build bridges between cultures, strengthen cultural identity within migrant communities, and create spaces where art becomes a tool for connection, representation, inclusion, celebration, and cultural understanding. We are also committed to showcasing the diversity, beauty, and richness of Colombian and Latin American culture within Australia’s multicultural landscape and beyond.
Through performances, workshops, festivals, collaborations, and public activations, CCFO has represented Colombian culture across Australia and internationally, participating in multicultural initiatives, national television appearances, major sporting and cultural events, and community-based projects that promote diversity, visibility, and social cohesion.
CCFO is more than a dance organisation it is a living cultural platform where tradition, creativity, community, storytelling, and contemporary multicultural Australia come together.
Our work celebrates heritage while creating meaningful cultural exchange experiences that inspire pride, belonging, connection, and intercultural dialogue across generations, communities, and borders.
