Established in 2019, Central Adelaide Waste and Recycling Authority (CAWRA) is a regional subsidiary of the Cities of Charles Sturt and Port Adelaide Enfield.
Created to service the local communities, CAWRA owns a Material Recovery Facility that receives and processes kerbside recyclable material (yellow bin contents) from many of South Australia's councils to deliver efficient and effective recycling solutions for residents.
