Chand Bhangal (she/her) is a community advocate and facilitator whose work centers decolonization, cultural awareness, and authentic representation. A Punjabi-Canadian woman, her approach is shaped by lived experience and sustained community-based practice.
Chand has experience in poverty reduction initiatives, gender-based violence awareness campaigns, and creating safe, inclusive spaces for BIWOC. She is particularly passionate about addressing colourism, challenging societal taboos, and fostering open, respectful dialogue across communities.
