At Change Agent Academy we support and grow Change Agents by
1) educating volunteer leaders in governance or creating community projects that fulfil social or environmental goals
2) educating and coaching Not-for-Profit and Social Enterprise staff in improving services and sustainable growth
3) empowering local people to rediscover their agency to boldly plan and activate community projects they believe in
