Charlene is a professional artist, textile designer and nature creative who has training in forest bathing and mindfulness. Having suffered chronic generalised anxiety it has been her aim to raise awareness of the therapeutic benefits of art and nature. Both can have a profound positive effect on our mental health and wellbeing.
Through the combination of Art and Nature, Charlene has been able to find her own inner balance and harmony and wishes to teach others to maintain their own sense of inner peace and wellbeing in the most positive way!
