Cherie Cordina has 30+ years’ experience as a Sales professional which includes Executive level BD Leadership, covering a diverse range of sectors.
Her proudest working achievements has been during the last 15 years which saw her embed herself within the Community Services sector including experience within NDIS, Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, SSP Schools and Allied Health.
During the last 7 years Cherie has worked in pivotal areas of the NDIS including, Plan Management, Support Coordination and Allied Health and has been a founding member of two start-ups, Plan Partners and NDSP Plan Managers.
Cherie has used her sector knowledge and exceptional business development acumen to raise the profile and valuation of the brands she has represented which included her influence to take one from start-up position to a business valuation of over $40M within 5 years. Through this time Cherie has led and developed a 19 strong national sales team to success.
Her Learning and Development experience is diverse and backed by formal qualifications. She has delivered accredited and non-accredited training to business development teams, to support workers and business professionals. Additionally, Cherie is an Accredited IECL Organisational Coach.
