I’m Chloe - an accredited Sports Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Registered Nurse. But beyond the titles, I’m a woman on a mission to help busy, ambitious women achieve their health and fitness goals without sacrificing themselves in the process.
For years, I believed I had to shrink myself - physically and emotionally - to be worthy of love and acceptance. I hid in the background, afraid of rejection, shaped by bullying and emotionally abusive relationships. Movement first became a lifeline when I stepped into my very first pole fitness class. From there, my journey evolved into a deep love for resistance training and personal development.
I wasn’t always into fitness - in fact, I was the opposite. But as I grew stronger, I began to reclaim parts of myself I had long buried. The gym taught me more than just how to lift; it taught me how to rise.
My motto? Movement is a form of self-love, not punishment.
And that’s exactly what I teach. I guide women to break free from restrictive, shame-fueled mindsets around food and training, and instead build a lifestyle rooted in empowerment, nourishment, and joy.
