Welcome! My name is Ciara and I am a trauma informed breathwork facilitator, reiki level 1 and a nurse! I have been into meditiaton since I was 16 and have always had an interest in all things holistic. I have recently discovered the power of conscious connected breathing and would love to share it with anyone curious about it. It is so powerful and can get you into your body through breathing and out of your head. As someone who lived solely in their head for a long time my aim in these classes is to bring you more into the present moment and acceptance of what is.
