WHAT I DO: As a leadership and performance coach I work across organisations, directly with teams and individuals to take them to the next level in performance. I achieve this through training programmes (for example, building resilience, advanced communication skills, developing a growth mindset, etc.), high performing team programmes (these are customised to meet the needs and challenges of your team) and one-on-one coaching.

I'm comfortable speaking on a range of topics and tailoring the message to meet the needs of your audience.
COMMUNITY EVENTS: I'm committed to raising the level of leadership throughout New Zealand and so I founded and facilitate the WELLINGTON LEADERSHIP GROUP. We have over 2,000 members consisting of company directors, CEOs, consultants, team leaders, and managers from a whole range of backgrounds. Everyone is welcome.
