Claire is a Masters qualified RN with extensive clinical and leadership in health, is a Yoga alliance certified yoga teacher and has studied compassion focused therapy, coaching psychology and women’s centered coaching and is a Mental Health First Aider.

Claire is deeply passionate about empowering women to become their most authentic self and in guiding them through the journey of midlife which can be both incredibly challenging yet transformative.
