Community Connections Program South supports people across Southern Adelaide who are experiencing loneliness or social isolation. Many of us feel disconnected at different points in our lives, which can impact our health and wellbeing. Social connection is essential to thriving — and when it’s hard to know where to start, Community Connections can help.
We support people aged 18-64 who are not receiving NDIS or My Aged Care supports and who live in the Mitcham, Holdfast Bay, Marion, and Onkaparinga council areas.
Community Connections Program South is a partnership between AnglicareSA, Baptist Care, Uniting Communities, and MarionLIFE, funded by the Department of Human Services.
