Originally from Dublin, I have proudly called Melbourne home for the past 14 years. Achieving my initial dream of becoming a Palliative Care Nurse Consultant, I soon realised my calling extended to supporting people earlier in their life journeys.
After obtaining qualifications as a Mindset Coach, I founded Spritz Mindset in 2017. Collaborating closely with influential leaders in this space, such as Bob Proctor, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of people globally overcome limitations and achieve goals they once only dreamed of.
In 2021, I served as the National Coordinator of the Emerald Women in Leadership Program with the Irish Chamber of Commerce, where I once again witnessed the immense potential in women coming together to unite and support one another.
Becoming a mother in 2022, I discovered firsthand the profound and transformative impact of motherhood on all aspects of life. Expanding my qualifications with ICF certifications in Matrescence Coaching, I now facilitate in-person events for mothers on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Additionally, I passionately host my signature online group coaching program for women globally "Holistic Success - Empowering Women to Redefine their Journey".
My vision for Connected in Motherhood is a space where stories are shared, connections are made, and a community is formed.
