Courtenay Stickels is a passionate home-grown cook, singer, storyteller & speaker.  Her work, words & song are largely inspired by creating the connective tissue of food and hospitality that binds us to our shared human experience.   She began her professional cooking life on a cattle station where she discovered just how much people of all walks appreciate a home-cooked meal, presented with love and shared amongst good people.
