To celebrate Geothermal Week 10-17th August, we are offering FREE entry for Taupo residents to our Craters of the Moon Geothermal Walk.
Come along and experience all we have to offer in our 51-hectare park. We will host a daily 1pm guided walk with a local geologist, so you can learn about our unique fauna and flora and why our geothermal park is nationally significant, protected and different from other geothermal walks.
Saturday & Sunday 16 & 17th August, we will be hosting kid's workshops in partnership with Kids Greening Taupo from 10.00am-12.30pm. There will be colouring in competitions, face painting, create your own volcano and fun games. Complete with giveaways and prizes. Tickets are limited to 50 children.
