Bridgette Jester is the owner of Crown Creator Studios out of Harford County, MD. She has her 200 HR RYT in Kundalini Yoga and is also a Vibrational Sound Practitioner certified through the VSA. Additionally, Bridgette has been trained in Vedic Thai Bodywork and USUI Level II Reiki. After first discovering the power of meditation and sound healing, Bridgette realized that her passions lie in the exploration of healing arts and Eastern wellness practices. Bridgette has studied both on and off body treatment utilizing the art of sound frequency healing, breath and asana (postural stretch). During her Kundalini Yoga training (Yogi Bhajan lineage) she took a deeper look into the world of spiritual practice through the study of breath, mantra, yantra, asana and Ayurvedic principles. Since then she has been trained in USUI Reiki, as well as most recently in the art of Vedic Thai Bodywork (under Michael Mukti Buck). Vedic Thai Bodywork is a form of one on one assisted yoga where the practitioner targets the clients marma points and meridians through stretch, and rhythmic compressions. Benefits of these sessions may include both somatic and cerebral healing. Bridgette offers both private and group sessions that are completely customizable to the clients needs. She hosts regular sound baths, workshops and one on one healing sessions right here at Wishing Star Farm.
