I'm Cyrus Henry, an indigenous māori of Aotearoa, New Zealand. My tribes being Ngai Te Rangi & Ngati Raukawa. I am currently residing in Sydney. I am the founder of Purea Therapies, a coaching and healing services business. My mission: Providing tools for holistic wellness, empowering you to return home to your authentic self and achieve your fullest potential
My background spans entertainment (dancer, musician, actor) and a deep spiritual path. After studying performing arts, I explored self-development, mindset coaching, and natural healing. I trained with a healer and clairvoyant for a year, then earned a Diploma in Energy Healing from The Awareness Institute (Sydney, 2018). This ignited my passion for sound healing, crystals, shamanic practices, men's work, indigenous wisdom, and ceremonies.
For the past seven years, I've honed my skills in coaching, energy healing, men's work, and ceremonies. My journey with plant medicine led me to indigenous teachers in Central Latin America, Nicaragua, and included my first vision quest, culminating in a four-day solo jungle experience with plant medicine, temazcal, and ceremony.
I am focused on building my business as a coach, healer, and plant medicine facilitator, working with clients 1-on-1, groups, in retreats, and through workshops.
