With a background spanning senior roles at Tourism Australia and G'Day Group, Dana has spent her career helping communities and organisations understand what really matters to the people and customers they serve — whether that's balancing commercial growth with social value or redesigning care pathways with lived experience. She is also the author of Stranger with a Spoon, a collection of stories drawn from dementia carers' experiences. Dana brings a warm, curious style of facilitation to conversations that matter.
