We believe that food begins and ends with Earth. Dandelion’s kaupapa is grounded in the appreciation of Earth’s generosity, so in return, we choose to prioritise a reciprocal and intentional approach to everything we do.
We are an organisation committed to a pay-what-you-can-afford model. Dandelion brings joyful and accessible dinner parties and events to communities in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, in partnership with aligned growers, food rescuers, creatives, and venues. We all share the table and pass the salt!
Much like Earth, Dandelion is here to nourish you. We foster community through a restorative atmosphere, where our considered, generous, and lovingly prepared plant-based meals demonstrate that food can be a shared experience of beauty, pleasure, and connection.
