Dani Holtz is a US historian specializing in ideology, politics, & white supremacy. They received their Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania (2017) and are currently finishing a book manuscript on US conservatism in the 19th Century. Dani has a rich background in curricular development and recently created an interdisciplinary, anti-racist civic-education curriculum for Oregon State University. They host educational workshops on anti-racism, anti-semitism, misogyny, & fascism; & they offer security consultations for colleges, businesses, religious institutions, & conferences.
Craig Franson is an Associate Professor of English at La Salle University in Philadelphia. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Oregon (2007), writing his dissertation on the rhetoric of suffering in Romantic humanitarian poetry of the revolutionary era. He now specializes in the politics of literature and popular culture, and he is writing a book on the right-wing readership of J. R. R. Tolkien. Craig has served as Director of University Writing, and he has had two decades of experience in program administration, curricular design, assessment, and faculty training and development. He consults on writing administration, humanities curricula, critical pedagogies, far-right threats, antiracism initiatives, and educating for democracy.
