Danny was in search of peace and clarity within his mind when he discovered the power of meditation. Naturally he began to explore yoga, combining mindful movement with the breath. After his first class back home in Ireland, he knew he was on the right path.
Having moved to Australia five years ago, yoga has played a pivotal part in the expansion and growth in every aspect of Danny’s life. He dived into meditation, yoga and Pilates teacher training on the Gold Coast (with over and is beyond grateful to share his teachings with his students.
