David Spear

David is the Principal of Spearhead Strategic Design Services, providing specialist consultancy in Strategic Design, Innovation, and Commercialisation. 

He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Honours Degree in Product Design (B.DesInd. Hon.) and advanced certification in Human Centred Design (HCD). 

David has set up, managed and led organisations in Victoria, Queensland, and Canberra; and has received several awards for his work in enterprise, community, and regional development. 

He is an engaging and progressive leader, passionate about innovation, economic empowerment, social justice, and the environment.
