Debbie is building upon a rich legacy of over two decades working with HR Professionals, Organisational Development and Learning Development manages to assist with their workforce capabilities and needs.
During COVID, and whilst working as a Corporate Development Manager for the Institute of Management, Debbie set up a peer support network supporting HR Professionals to navigate management of staff during a difficult time.
She learnt first hand how important connection was during that time and continues to be just as important today.
