I’m Dee, the founder of Butterfly Energy. I guide Yin Yoga and sound healing experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect inward, and find stillness in today’s busy world. My sessions weave together restorative postures, crystal singing bowls, and reflective practices to create a nourishing space for release, grounding, and renewal.
