Dee is passionate about movement, injury prevention, and helping people truly understand their bodies. She holds a Studio & Rehabilitation Diploma from Polestar Pilates — the highest international standard in Pilates education. Over the years, she has worked with professional athletes including the Sydney Kings NBL team, the Australian Synchronised Figure Skating Team, as well as dancers and gymnasts.
Her journey with movement began as a classical dancer. After completing full-time dance training, she performed internationally, while simultaneously studying nursing at UTS. During her hands-on experience in a rehabilitation ward, assisting post-surgery patients with exercise, she discovered a deep interest in rehabilitative movement. This led her to transfer into a Bachelor of Health Science to further her understanding of the body.
Today, Dee finds joy in helping clients of all levels grow stronger, more confident, and more connected through Pilates. Whether you're an elite athlete, recovering from injury, or simply looking to feel better in your body, Dee is dedicated to supporting you.
She teaches with care, a deep understanding of anatomy, and a genuine love for helping others move and live well.
