She has led large-scale organisational development programmes and held senior corporate roles, shaping workplaces for lasting success.
Denise is the Founder of Shine People Consulting, a specialist consultancy dedicated to creating thriving workplaces. She is also a Distinguished Fellow and former National President of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.
