I’m based in Christchurch, and have spent much of my working life in education — as a teacher, teacher educator, and in roles supporting people in learning and growth.
In recent years, my focus has shifted toward adult ADHD.
Not from a clinical angle, but from a practical and human one:
I run small, thoughtful workshops exploring ADHD in a way that is:
These are not about fixing people. They are about understanding, reducing unnecessary weight, and finding ways forward that actually fit.
My work tends to be low-key, reflective, and practical. I’m interested in what genuinely helps — not in overpromising, and not in adding pressure.
Outside of this I still enjoy cooking, reading, coffee with friends and most weeks I tutor teenagers in physics and science and How to be an Awesome student.
