Devyn Stone, ECIP-E (he/him) is a queer, neurodivergent, and disabled author and Equity-Centered Inclusive Practices Educator whose work focuses on trauma-informed, neuroinclusive, and decolonizing approaches to sexuality, leadership, and authority transfer education. A Leatherman, dominant, and community organizer, he has practiced authority transfer dynamics since 2004 and has taught and mentored in the field since 2014.
He is the author of The Affirming Handbook, Why I Don’t Own Them…Yet…, and the Quick Reference Rainbow series, which make concepts like protocol, consent, communication, and relational ethics more accessible to neurodivergent learners and leaders. Devyn founded Pragmatically Kinking, a virtual education platform offering practical, community-centered classes, and serves as the Executive Producer of THRIVE, a conference dedicated to the intersection of neurodivergence, mental health, and BDSM.
