Long time servant to the soul fraternity. 

Playing Northern Soul, Modern Soul, Boogie, Funk and Disco.. oh and Reggae/Ska.

Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, now of NSW Australia. 

First got into soul music in 1982 in Edinburgh when I was a mod at High School disco. Listening to Motown and classic soul I brought in for the DJs. Getting my chance to play my few records I had taken from my parents. Later going to my first Northern Soul event in 83. I was underage as was my mate Scott Moffat but we only went to hear the music and luckily got into it to stand at the door and watch the older crowd dancing to Northern Soul, having seen in the younger club same venue a guy dancing to Northern Soul and thinking "how ace does he look". It has the best and most unique style which is like a sliding dance with high kicks and splits. So from that day on I have been into the music and the style. I have friends all over the world who play this music too.
