I started my candle making journey when I lost my grandmother overseas during the first lockdown and couldn't travel to attend her funeral. She loved candles and in order to continue her memory I researched how to make candles and started gifting them to friends and family. In early 2021, after many were asking me where they could purchase my candles, I created my business, The Candle Creator NZ which offers a range of wax melts, container, embedded and decor candle ranges. Two years later I decided to share my learnings with others to create a safe space for people to restore themselves through candle making. I hope this workshop provides this safe haven for you!
