Triluna Rising LLC helps leaders, teams, and organizations move trauma-informed practice beyond awareness and into the way people actually lead, communicate, respond to conflict, and hold one another accountable.
Founded by Dr. Courtney Windorski, Triluna Rising brings together research, lived experience, organizational leadership, and practical strategies that can be used in real workplaces.
My work focuses on helping leaders, teams, and organizations move trauma-informed practice beyond awareness and into everyday action. I bring together research, organizational leadership, lived experience, and practical strategies to address the places where this work often becomes difficult: accountability, conflict, trust, psychological safety, workplace culture, and the impact of trauma on how people lead, communicate, and respond to one another.
Through Triluna Rising LLC, I help people understand that being trauma-informed does not mean avoiding hard conversations, lowering expectations, or removing accountability. It means learning how to hold compassion and accountability at the same time.
My approach is grounded in three principles: Regulation. Relationship. Responsibility.
My trainings are practical, honest, and designed to help people take what they learn back into their workplaces, teams, and communities.
The goal is not simply to know more about trauma-informed practice. It is to practice differently.
