Based in Newcastle, NSW, she holds medical science and medicine degrees with honours from The University of Sydney. With a focus on Continuing Professional Development (CPD), yoga, and self-care Dr. Ward leads wellness retreats and workshops through Ataraxia Collective, promoting self-care, mindfulness, and stress management for doctors and medical professionals. Her inspiring approach offers a pathway to reduce burnout and enhance personal resilience. She Is the Chair of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians Member Health & Wellbeing Committee and prior Director. She is an accredited yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher.
