Terri is an Associate Professor in Management, as well as the Founder and Director of consulting firm Mischief (in the UK and Australia), and the founder of ForFakeSake.org.
With a diverse international career in the education sector, Terri has held leadership roles at Anglia Ruskin University (across Cambridge, London, Chelmsford, and Peterborough) and the University of Nottingham. Before moving into academia, she gained extensive experience in the private sector, holding leadership positions in human resources, strategy, and business management.
As a consultant, Terri has works with a wide range of organisations, including government agencies, SMEs, educational institutions, international industry associations, and large corporations. She’s earned a reputation as a research-driven, practice-oriented academic with a special focus on the challenges facing contemporary workforces and emergent leadership dynamics.
Terri has a deep academic interest in the impostor phenomenon and is considered a leading voice in this field, especially concerning inclusion practices and global workforce issues. She has worked with globally well-known organisations like the NHS, CBRE, BAE Systems, Ocado, Totaljobs, and Cambridge University to deliver professional development programs addressing these topics.
She continues to work with higher degree research students investigating the workplace impacts of the impostor phenomenon and has delivered innumerable keynote addresses, workshops and facilitated sessions in Australia and internationally.
