Dress for Success Wellington is a community organisation supporting people to prepare for, secure and sustain employment. Through career coaching, work-readiness programmes, mentoring, work experience, professional clothing support and its Dressed recycled clothing boutiques, the organisation helps people build confidence and access opportunities to participate in the workforce.
Its work is underpinned by the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
