EdoMatcha is an Australian organic Japanese tea and teaware store, founded by Taka Kaneko, one of only two Japanese Tea Instructors in Australia certified by the NPO Nihoncha Instructor Association. We run the Beginners Japanese Tea Workshop in Sydney. It's a relaxed, two-hour, hands-on introduction to Japanese tea: you'll learn how matcha and sencha are grown and made, then prepare both yourself.
