EEO Specialists’ aim is to bring a professional, unique training experience to your workplace that equips your staff to better understand sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying and how to effectively manage issues. Our job is to make legal and psychological concepts understandable and applicable in the workplace so that people think before they do something potentially unlawful.
All EEO Specialists’ facilitators come from backgrounds either in senior management and/or are very experienced educators and facilitators. In addition, all our facilitators must successfully complete our “train the trainer” program before they can deliver our workshops, plus all facilitators are accredited Mental Health First Aiders. Continuous professional development is important to us, and we meet regularly to learn a new skill, refresh our delivery or learn about changes in the law that will impact our clients. This ensures our team and workshop content complies with the rapidly changing Australian Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and regulations.
