Elizabeth Rose is a multi-talented creative artist, performer, writer, healer and teacher with 30 years of various spiritual/shamanic studies and a life time of gifted dreaming. She is interested in combining creative expression, nature, spirituality, the body (in particular the female body and the nervous system), imagination, ritual and dreaming to explore new ways of opening energetic pathways within the body, mind, heart and spirit. A local of over ten years, she lives with her husband, son and dog and is currently writing a book on Eco-Somatic Arts.
