I’m Lana, founder and head trainer at Intuitive Moves
I have a passion for holistic health, and I truly believe that movement should be accessible to everybody, and what that looks like is different for every body.
I've been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years and am qualified in various training methods, including traditional strength and conditioning, yoga, and mat & reformer Pilates. Throughout my classes, I place a strong emphasis on alignment and the connection between mind, body, and breath. I encourage you to listen to your intuition and understand what your body needs every time you step foot in the gym or on your mat.
