Elle Sweetman (M.ACA) is a Sunshine Coast based Counsellor and Psychotherapist, SAFE-T and Sand & Symbol Therapist, seeker and storyteller. Inspired by the gifts received from connecting with psyche and soma, Elle provides opportunities for those she works with to experience their inner life in a way that restores wellbeing and Self-understanding. Expressive arts and Sand and Symbol Work have become the backbone of Elle's facilitation, and she is consistently awed by their capacity to liberate new material, creating transformation and supporting integration. When not in the counselling role, Elle can be found devouring books, planning travels and cuddling her rescue Kelpie Mo.
