Ellen is a former BJJ Competitor, Gemini Sun, and weaver of impeccable experiences that transform how we exist inside our own bodies and within the collective experience.
My journey started out as a PT guiding women to trust their instincts and innate bodily intelligence. This walked me into unchartered territory as I challenged everything we'd ever been taught about the power and regenerative capacity of the human body.
This lead me to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu where I earned my stripes in emotional range and physical capacity and resiliency. Much of which I attribute to my deep capacity to be with and hold powerfully, the experience of myself and others.
My passion for building strong heads and bodies organically evolved into deep healing work, and for over 10+ years I've been weaving life-changing experiences that re-shape, re-connect, and re-orient humans back into a place of connection.
I carry the medicine of SPIRITUS Breathwork. A style of Breathwork steeped in shamanic roots, ceremony, and trauma healing. We combine breath, sound, and movement to create the most supportive conditions for your body and your nervous system to unwind, discharge, and to heal, process, and integrate trauma. Ultimately supporting you to re-align and return to a place of truth, wholeness, and aliveness.
No two Breathwork experiences are the same, and each journey offers endless opportunities to meet and be with yourself in new ways.
This is deep work and I take it seriously. I've invested hours and thousands of dollars working with myself and impeccable teachers and mentors to arrive in my body the way I have. It's a deep privilege to witness, guide, and facilitate such vulnerable, powerful work. Work that I have immersed myself in thousands of times over many years.
Should you find yourself in my space, please know it is not a place for extraction or pretend. This is real work. Real people. Real experiences. And I have no issue removing people, or denying access, if you are unwilling to follow instructions or participate from a place of true intention.
