Well known for her published coming-of-age memoir, ‘The Big Sister Project’, Ellie has over 10 years of experience serving and supporting young people and their families in a range of leadership roles, both professionally and in the community. She is an evocative speaker, sharing her ideas internationally. From her inner knowing, Ellie has pioneered a new paradigm for us to co-create sincere relationships, with healthy boundaries, that can allow us all to unleash our truth, and grow as we grieve. It’s the trusted people closest to us who can really support us to lead a soul-first life and move through grief and change with more ease!
Ellie’s devotion to soul-first living emerged from her own experience having a lifelong spiritual connection, which re-emerged amidst the grief she experienced leaving the UK to move to New Zealand at age 12. Over the years, Ellie has recognised the role grief plays in illuminating our collective need for a soul-first life … It’s the sacred invitation into the new seasons of our lives - and it can show up in many different areas, often when we wouldn’t even recognise or expect it!
